Pengaruh motivasi dan upah terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan Ayam Geprek Bensu di wilayah Jabodetabek

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh motivasi dan upah terhadap loyalitas karyawan di perusahaan Ayam Geprek Bensu di wilayah Jabodetabek pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menguji tiga hipotesis utama: pertama, bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; kedua, bahwa upah juga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; dan ketiga, bahwa motivasi dan upah secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis variabel, teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei, serta metode pengambilan sampel yang representatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik motivasi maupun upah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara individu maupun secara bersamaan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan melalui peningkatan motivasi dan penyesuaian upah yang sesuai.
