Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik manajemen talent dancer dalam industri hiburan malam berstandar internasional di kawasan urban seperti Jakarta dan PIK2. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini menyoroti aspek rekrutmen, kontrak kerja, pengawasan, dan perlindungan hak-hak pekerja. Hasil temuan menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan antara kemajuan artistik dan lemahnya tata kelola sumber daya manusia. Pola rekrutmen cenderung informal melalui agensi atau relasi personal, sementara sistem kontrak tidak seragam, bahkan banyak talent bekerja tanpa perjanjian tertulis. Perlindungan hukum dan sosial seperti BPJS atau sistem pelaporan formal juga belum tersedia secara sistemik. Meskipun terdapat praktik positif di beberapa klub, umumnya prinsip Good Corporate Governance dan etika profesi belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan reformasi tata kelola internal, peningkatan literasi hukum pekerja, serta kebijakan perlindungan kerja adaptif untuk sektor informal hiburan malam. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya kesenjangan antara kemajuan artistik dan tata kelola sumber daya manusia dalam industri hiburan malam berstandar internasional di kawasan urban Jakarta dan PIK2. Beberapa klub sebagai destinasi nightlife telah menunjukkan praktik manajemen yang profesional, namun sebagian besar agensi di klub masih mempraktikkan pola kerja informal dan minim regulasi.
