Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis menuntut organisasi untuk memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi karyawan atau Work Life Balance (WLB), yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan Job Performance (JP). Namun, di tengah kemajuan teknologi, muncul tantangan baru berupa risiko pengetahuan teknologi atau Knowledge Risk of Technology (KRT) yang dapat memengaruhi hubungan keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh WLB terhadap JP dengan KRT sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 79 pegawai tetap Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup tiga konstruk utama, yaitu WLB, JP, dan KRT, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WLB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap JP, serta KRT memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan pribadi karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka, terutama ketika didukung oleh pemahaman terhadap risiko teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan strategi WLB dengan manajemen risiko teknologi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan.
