Abstract

Kemampuan perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dengan berbagai perubahan sangat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku positif karyawan dalam organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran keterlibatan kerja (work engagement) dalam menjembatani pengaruh kepemimpinan (Leadership) dan karakteristik pekerjaan (job characteristics) terhadap  organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online. Responden penelitian berjumlah 156 karyawan PT PNM. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan karakteristik pekerjaan yang baik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan keterlibatan kerja yang meningkat juga mampu mendorong perilaku kerja positif dalam organisasi. Uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa keterlibatan kerja berperan sebagai penghubung antara kepemimpinan dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan keterlibatan kerja dalam menciptakan dampak positif pada perilaku karyawan di organisasi PT PNM.
