This policy specifies the penalties for such occurrences. Cessie: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum will employ the Turnitin software to detect any similarities between the texts in article submissions and the final versions of articles intended for publication. Authors are required to maintain a maximum similarity level of 30% in their submitted manuscripts. If the similarity level exceeds 30%, we will advise the author to revise and resubmit the article.
