Cessie: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum is dedicated to maintaining the utmost integrity in our publications and actively works to prevent any unethical practices. The Editorial Board has a crucial role in ensuring the prevention of publication malpractice, among other responsibilities. Unethical behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, and the Cessie has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to plagiarism in any form. The authors of the submitted articles confirm that the content of the manuscript is original. In addition, the authors' submission suggests that the manuscript has not been published before in any language, in its entirety or in part, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. Editors, authors, and reviewers within the Cessie are expected to adhere to high standards of publication practice and uphold their duties and responsibilities, as outlined by the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Editors.
